SOVA Science District: View Experience
Durham ID: View Experience
Overview
As part of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) submission to the University of Notre Dame, two interactive presentations were developed to showcase Longfellow Real Estate Partners’ experience and capabilities. The presentations highlighted case studies for two flagship properties — SOVA Science District and Durham ID — and told the story of each property’s history, successes, and current partnerships.

The Challenge
Pet owners often struggle to find veterinary services that fit their needs, especially in urgent situations or outside regular business hours. Existing online searches lack tailored filtering options, making it time-consuming to identify the right provider.
The Solution
Over the course of two weeks, I collaborated with senior leadership and multiple internal teams to gather information and align messaging. I then translated these insights into two interactive case study presentations that:
- Showcased the history and development journey of SOVA Science District and Durham ID.
- Highlighted property successes, including leasing milestones, tenant partnerships, and community impact.
- Integrated visuals, infographics, and dynamic storytelling to create an engaging digital experience tailored for Notre Dame’s review.
My Role

The Results
The two interactive presentations were delivered on time and positioned Longfellow as a strong, experienced partner for Notre Dame. By pairing data-driven insights with storytelling and dynamic design, the presentations effectively communicated the firm’s expertise, strengthened the RFQ submission, and elevated Longfellow’s brand presence in a highly competitive process.
