Overview
To support leasing efforts for CamLIFE, a premier life science property in the United Kingdom, Longfellow Real Estate Partners developed an interactive web experience designed to serve as a central marketing tool. The experience was strategically placed in the marketing center, where property tours began, ensuring that prospective tenants and brokers could fully engage with the scale and vision of the campus before seeing the space in person.

The Challenge
CamLIFE represented a unique opportunity in the UK life science market, but showcasing the property’s value required more than traditional brochures or static materials. With leasing still underway, it was critical to highlight the connectivity of the campus, the quality of the lab space, and availability across multiple buildings in a way that was both engaging and easy to navigate. The challenge was to create a digital-first experience that could bring the property to life while supporting on-site tours and leasing conversations.
The Solution
I developed an interactive web experience to serve as a leasing tool and anchor for property tours at the CamLIFE marketing center. The platform showcased the campus’s connectivity, featured high-resolution renderings of the lab space and buildings, and included clickable floor plans to highlight availability across the site. Designed to be both visually engaging and functional, the experience provided brokers and prospective tenants with a dynamic way to explore the property, supporting leasing efforts by bringing the campus vision to life.
