Overview
In November 2025, we launched a new informational landing page for Payment Switch, a mobile banking feature within the FNB Direct app. The goal was to educate current and prospective customers about the feature and demonstrate its simplicity and convenience.

The Objective
The primary purpose of this page was to explain the ease of switching payments through the FNB Direct mobile app. The page needed to include a clickable walk-through that guides users through the payment switch journey while creating a seamless experience overall from the app to the landing page.
The Approach
As the Senior Product Manager, I collaborated closely with the Digital Payments Team to define the content strategy and user flow while ensuring the design aligned with FNB’s brand standards and prioritizing usability.
