Project Purpose
Summit Design and Engineering Services, responding to employee feedback about poor communication, decided to implement an intranet system. In 2020, after evaluating several providers, they selected Knowledge Architecture to create ‘Basecamp.’ I managed site branding and served as Content Manager for the Marketing page, coordinating with department Content Managers to gather information. After content integration, ‘Early Adopters’ tested the system, providing valuable feedback. Launch efforts included teaser videos, flyers, a raffle, and a scavenger hunt to engage staff. Post-launch, I continued facilitating monthly meetings, addressing issues, brainstorming engagement strategies, and ensuring branding consistency with custom HTML5 and JavaScript updates.
