This project was part of a UX Design Certificate I completed through Udacity, focusing on pet owners' difficulties finding suitable veterinary services. A key pain point was the challenge of locating clinics open after 5 PM or on weekends. I began by establishing a problem statement, researching veterinary statistics, and identifying the target demographic. I then gathered a list of pet owners for interviews and surveys to understand their priorities in choosing vet care and their current methods for finding clinics. After collecting data, I moved to the ideation phase, creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity clickable prototypes in Figma. The high-fidelity prototypes were tested with 10 users, and their feedback was incorporated into the final design. I also completed a research report upon finishing the prototype.
