Description
Via Labs at Hub RTP is a 265,000 SF development property for Longfellow Real Estate Partners that is part of the Hub RTP project in Research Triangle Park, NC. For this brand, I have been responsible for creating all digital and print collateral including email marketing campaigns, a leasing brochure, presentations, the responsive website, advertisements, and social media graphics. All collateral for this project has been used to increase awareness of the project with the goal of pre-leasing the project by 2025.
